He graduated and received his Medical Degree from the American University of Beirut School of Medicine and completed his residency at the said medical center and became a fellow in New York Hospital – Cornell University Medical Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  
 
Dr. Mansur participated since 1978 in teaching medical students, interns, residents’ nurses, and medical staff in different aspects of obstetrics, gynecology, infertility laser, and microscopic surgery. His special interests include GYN endoscopic surgery, diagnostic, and major GYN surgery. He also is helping Doral Health and Wellness patients with reproductive endocrinology, laser surgery technology, cervical pathology -colposcopy, hysteroscopic surgery, and urogynecologist surgery.
