Explore activities that you may be passionate about to divert your attention. Being active also helps you steer away from unhealthy behavior.
- Staying at a Healthy Weight – Managing your weight means managing your health. This also helps keep chronic diseases at bay, like heart failure, diabetes, and cancer. Follow a strict diet regimen and engage in physical and fun activities.
- Limit Alcohol – Excessive alcoholism also causes liver cancer and kidney failure. Too much alcohol use also causes injury and death from home accidents like drowning.
